Are you a skilled Fire Safety Engineer looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in this exciting role.
As our Fire Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for managing various safety techniques and compliance across multiple complex projects and sites. You will lead and schedule the work of a talented team, managing the financial aspects including man hour estimates and margin targets.
In addition to ensuring compliance, you will also drive the development and implementation of the latest technologies and methods to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of your department. You will have the opportunity to showcase your innovative thinking and passion for excellence, taking our safety programs to the next level.
Functie eisen
- 8-10 years of experience, with experience within loss prevention/fire protection
- Experience with calculations of fire water requirements, hydraulic calculations, FW layout, FW UFD & P&IDs, heat radiation contours, surveillance coverage, claims, etc.
- Knowledge of safety engineering work in the (petro-)chemical industry in energy transition.
- Familiar with European and International regulations regarding Safety Engineering and Fire protection.
- You have a Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/chemical engineering or in another relevant engineering discipline from an internationally recognized university.
- You are communicatively strong in English.
